About the Role: We are seeking a highly technical, impact-driven Lead Data Scientist to take full ownership of end-to-end ML solutions and lead our core R&D capabilities. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of exceptional research scientists, engineers, and external subcontractors, bridging deep scientific algorithms with scalable production models.
What You Will Do:
Lead and mentor a team of research scientists and ML engineers, alongside managing specialized external subcontractors.
Drive the ML product lifecycle end-to-end, from early ideation and research to production-grade deployment at scale.
Solve complex algorithmic challenges with a heavy focus on time-series analysis, signal processing, and continuous data forecasting.
Up to 10 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
Strong expertise and proven track record working with time-series data (Mandatory).
Demonstrated experience in leading research teams and managing external subcontractors (Mandatory).
Proven experience pushing models into production in high-performance, large-scale environments.
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field (Background in unit 8200 or equivalent intelligence units is a major advantage).
Excellent leadership, mentorship, and communication skills in English.
