This role focuses on strategy development, operational execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives while optimizing costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution activities.
Ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and finished goods.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate contracts to secure the best terms for quality, delivery, and cost.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and compliance issues.
Develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Establish KPIs and monitor the performance of supply chain processes.
Use data analytics to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial engineering , Logistics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
8+years of experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles.
Strong supply chain processes, procurement, logistics, and inventory management knowledge.
Proficiency in ERP /supply chain software (e.g., Priority, Oracle, or similar tools).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record of managing complex supply chains and driving performance improvements.
