We're looking for an experienced and data-driven **Sales Operations Manager** to lead a dynamic team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization.
In this role, you'll manage a team of four operations professionals and collaborate closely with marketing, business leaders, and cross-functional teams. Your mission: optimize performance, ensure process efficiency, and turn insights into impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team working in shifts
Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimizations
Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track KPIs
Collaborate with marketing to assess lead quality and conversion rates
Oversee inbound lead flow, call handling, and process adherence
Identify bottlenecks and present weekly reports to leadership
Design and implement new workflows to enhance efficiency
Proactively flag challenges and offer operational solutions
Delegate daily tasks based on real-time insights

3–4 years in operations management within sales or call center environments

Strong analytical mindset and data interpretation skills

Proficient in BI tools (Looker Studio), Salesforce, CRMs, and Excel

Experience in lead management and sales ops

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
