Leading company developing Power Supplies and Networking Products is looking for a Partnership Manager to contribute to our company’s sales and Service objectives.
Responsibilities:
To develop, enable and monetize an expanding set and ecosystem of partners.
Companies POC for the client, Work with our partners and internal teams (sales, quality, marketing, legal, product, and engineering) to optimize joint selling and marketing strategies for driving revenue through the partner ecosystem.
Meeting with customers and attending trade shows
Develop, monitor and adjust the strategy, ideal partner profiles and practices to continuously improve results.
Partnership Strategic Planning and Execution.
Establish clearly defined goals for each partner relationship, and update and maintain proper reporting metrics and funnel management.
Perform Monthly partner reviews of established goals.
Motivate co-marketing / Sales campaigns and activities, including the production of collateral, webinars, and events.
Requirements:
B.A degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field
Business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results
Technical background (Electro – mechanic) – Advantage
Proven track record of building partnership programs from its inception.
Industry experience.
Strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy.
Clear communicator with an ability to inspire internal and external stakeholders.
Strong presence with proven ability to present and manage a wide variety of relationships.
Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization.
Excellent Human Relations.
