JB-3019 Account Executive

Position Overview: For a leading start-up company in its field located in Tel Aviv, we are recruiting a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join the company sales team. The Account Executive will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relations and closing sales deals. This role requires a deep understanding of our products, the ability to communicate their value effectively, and a commitment to customer success.

 Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Management:
o Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the business challenges and objectives of potential clients.
o Present the company solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating how our products can address their specific needs.
o Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
2. Market and Product Proficiency:
o Ability to demo the company's products and engage in technical discussions with AI & LLM practitioners
o Be up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
3. Relationship Building:
o Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
o Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
4. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events (in collaboration with existing GTM team).
o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
5. Closing Deals:
o Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet or exceed sales targets.
o Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to client.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
o Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback to the sales manager.

Qualifications:
• Either a Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline such as Computer Science, or experience selling to developers/AI practitioners
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data science concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
• Willingness to work US hours as needed.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
