We are looking for a strategic, performance-driven, and highly motivated Head of Sales to lead B2C acquisition operations with a strong emphasis on the U.S. real estate market.
To manage and mentor sales teams, optimize acquisition funnels, and work closely with senior executives to scale growth.
– Lead and manage sales teams and their direct managers to drive conversion of qualified leads and revenue growth.
– Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing development of sales representatives.
– Provide real-time coaching and implement best-in-class sales methodologies.
– Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with broader company goals
– Optimize sales operations using CRM tools, automation platforms, and performance analytics.

– proven experience in managing B2C sales- a must.
– At least 4 years of experience in managing sales teams – a must.
– Proven track record in managing managers and leading cross-functional sales operations.
– Experience working in a global environment – mandatory.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration | Economics | Marketing- or related field
– High technological orientation – hands-on with CRM systems, automation tools, and AI tools.
– Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and organizational abilities.
– Fluent English – must be able to operate in a fully English-speaking business environment.
– Familiarity with the U.S. real estate market – a significant advantage.
