This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who excels in navigating complex government ecosystems and building long-term, high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion & Strategy: Define and execute penetration strategies for new accounts across Europe, focusing on Tier-1 government and defense agencies.
Group Synergy: Leverage the diverse capabilities of our group subsidiaries to provide comprehensive, high-value solutions to end-users.
Partnership Management: Establish and nurture relationships with business partners, integrators, and foreign military attachés.
Opportunity Capture: Identify, qualify, and lead complex sales cycles, from initial technical presentations to final commercial proposals.
5+ years of successful sales experience (Direct & Channel) within the European Defense or HLS markets.
Proven track record of selling to Tier 1 Government, Defense, and HLS agencies.
Strong technical background and the ability to grasp complex defense solutions.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills – a true "people person".
Fluent in English (additional European languages are a major plus).
Availability for extensive travel (40%+).
Academic degree (MBA/B.Sc/B.Tech) – an advantage.
