I'm looking for a strategic and hands-on Controller to lead financial operations in New Jersey.
This is a relocation-based position, ideal for candidates ready to take on a leadership role abroad.
You’ll be joining the U.S. subsidiary of a successful Israeli-owned company, with a fully Israeli executive team.
Applicants must be U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, or have valid work authorization (visa).
Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports (weekly, quarterly, and annual).
Ensure compliance with U.S. financial regulations and manage audits.
Oversee accurate invoicing and credits using ERP and QuickBooks Desktop.
Manage receivables and collaborate with the collections agency.
Reconcile ERP and QuickBooks sales reports.
Supervise and lead all accounting operations.
CPA-must
3.5+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
Proven experience managing accounting teams.
Advanced Excel and QuickBooks Desktop skills.
Clear, assertive communicator with excellent organizational skills.
Hebrew language skills are a strong advantage.
