We seek an experienced, dynamic, and strategic Chief Financial Officer with strong leadership presence and business acumen to join our executive team and play a central role in driving the company’s continued success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of 7 employees
Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial control.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, collections, forecasting, and risk control.
Managing the controller and oversee quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and public company regulations.
Maintain close relationships with capital markets, investors, and bondholders; ensure compliance with financial covenants.
Drive strategic initiatives including capital raising, M&A, and partnerships.
Supervise collections from customers, payments to suppliers, and payroll operations, while developing creative solutions to
overcome collection challenges across different regions.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial plans.
Conduct profitability and performance analyses supporting management decision-making.
Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
Promote efficiency, process improvement, and digital transformation across financial operations.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to enhance performance and support business growth.
Represent the company in meetings with banks, rating agencies, and external stakeholders.
Travel internationally, including to Africa, as part of global operations.
