What we are looking for:

5+ years of hands-on experience developing ML models and successfully productizing them in real-world, high-performance, large-scale use cases – Mandatory.
A proven track record of launching healthcare, medical, or life-science AI-based products.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a genuine passion for developing talented team members.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A proactive, independent problem-solver with strong time-management skills.
