HR Manager- Global Company jb-3421

A leading international company is seeking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all HR activities in Israel.

This is a senior and impactful role, reporting to the Regional VP HR and the local CEO, combining strategic leadership with a strong hands-on approach.

Full ownership of HR operations in Israel (approx. 400 employees)

Manage and lead a local HR team (4 employees).

Partner closely with senior leadership and operational divisions on both strategic and day-to-day HR matters.

Lead management development initiatives, including workshops, training programs, and leadership tools.

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.

Manage HR systems, analytics, and data-driven decision making.

Own HR budget planning and ongoing control.

Work closely with global stakeholders, including a US-based subsidiary.

Maintain a strong on-site presence, supporting managers and employees across the organization.

Proven experience as an HR Manager in a mid-to-large organization – mandatory.

Experience managing an HR team/

Background in a manufacturing / industrial environment

Experience working in a global company, including collaboration with US-based teams – mandatory.

Experience supporting operational / production units.

Strong experience in leadership development and organizational processes.

Experience working with HR systems, budgets, and data analysis.

Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

 Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on approach.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong connection to employees and field presence.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
