Evaluate potential opportunities to expand partnerships or offerings, assessing ROI, scalability, and brand impact.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining a proactive stance toward changing market conditions.
Develop cost-efficiency strategies across marketing, acquisitions, and transactions to improve gross margins and overall operational profitability.
Partner with finance and analytics teams to ensure resource allocation aligns with revenue objectives, leveraging data insights for continuous improvement.
Work closely with the CEO and other executive leaders to ensure overarching strategic alignment.
10+ years of leadership experience in revenue or operational roles, preferably within real estate, investment firms, or fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Proven track record of managing and scaling revenue-driving teams of significant size
Strong financial and analytical background; comfortable leveraging data intelligence tools to drive decisions.
Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and emerging AI solutions is a plus, especially in the context of real estate transactions and analysis.
