Responsibilities
Act as the technical solutions expert for sales team and partners.
Support the qualification and assessment of new projects and opportunities.
Effectively present the company's products & solutions and address technical inquiries.
Training and Education
Provide training and knowledge-sharing for the company’s European partners’ pre-sales and support teams.
Assist in developing training materials and organizing online and in-person training sessions.
Technical Liaison
Serve as the technical bridge between customers and the company’s engineering team.
Accurately communicate technical project requirements to ensure successful implementation.
Solution Architecture & Technical Design
Analyze customer requirements and design cooling architecture and technical solutions.
Generate technical documentation, including drawings, schematics, mechanical calculations, and KPIs.
Perform energy modeling, TCO analysis, and efficiency trade-off comparisons.
Work with MEP contractors, electrical engineers, and DC infrastructure providers to define technical integration requirements.
Proof of Concept (POC) Management
Define and manage POCs in coordination with the sales team and customers.
Oversee all relevant stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
6 Project Implementation & Support
Provide technical and project management expertise during deployment and installation.
Ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of solution implementations.
Technical Expertise in Data Centers & Cooling Solutions:
Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including mechanical and electrical systems.
Hands-on experience with server cooling technologies, IT rack layouts, and power distribution.
Experience with server hardware, cooling efficiency evaluation (PUE), and energy consumption analysis.
Customer-Facing Skills & Project Management:
Strong customer success mindset and ability to work directly with end-users and partners.
Excellent communication skills to train, educate, and support partner teams.
Ability to lead solution designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in English (written & spoken). Additional European languages are an advantage.
Self-motivated, proactive, and independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to travel internationally (up to 50% of the time) with short notice.
