A leading company in the field of power supplies, engaged in developing and producing supplies and communication solutions for customers from the military industry is expanding its sales team and looking to add an experienced Sales Manager to be part of the company's leading team.
Job Responsibilities:
Leverage sales processes – bring creative ideas that contribute to business growth
Development and maintenance of existing relationships with major clients
Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel on assigned customer accounts.
Managing negotiations and bringing to a deal closing with existing and new customers
Analyze performance indicators and suggest improvements where required
Locating and identifying potential customers and new opportunities
To provide timely and efficient solutions according to the customer's needs.
Liaising with marketing and product development departments to ensure consistency.
BA degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
Proven work experience as a national sales manager.
Experience in selling to the Israeli market, mainly to security industries.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Background in the defense industry (preferred on the customer-facing side)
Experience in managing a small sales team (2-3 people)
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Fluent in Hebrew and English (verbal and written).
Ability to manage negotiations, business vision, and analytical skills
Human relations and good interpersonal communication
Ability to self-manage and work independently
Verbal abilities and expressiveness at a high level
Representative ability, assertiveness, and great passion for the world of sales
