We are looking for an Experienced BackEnd Team Leader to join our successfull startup in BARCELONA
and lead our team, to enhance our cyber security product development.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain the architecture of server-side applications.
Lead a team of 6-8 senior developers in a fast-moving start-up atmosphere.
Responsible for overseeing all activities within a team.
Responsible for distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
Responsible for keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Optimize the application for maximum performance and scalability.
Implement security and data protection measures.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
Continuously identify and implement ways to improve the development process.
Proven experience with Go – at least 2 years.
At least 12 years of experience as a backend software engineer (python, ruby, java, node or equivalent).
At least 4 years of experience as a development team (4+ developers) leader.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Familiarity with message brokers.
Familiarity with event driven architecture.
Familiarity with deployment cycles, CI/CD, containers, caching systems etc.
Experience with any no-SQL and SQL databases.
Experience with API design.
